Bielefeld-based Elektro Fastabend Group becomes the new driving force behind the HWP Handwerkspartner Group in the East Westphalia-Lippe region

Hamburg – Since mid-2024, the Elektro Fastabend Group from Bielefeld has been another important company in the TGA | Dach & Solar division of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group. Founded 90 years ago and now in its third generation of family management, the company has around 100 employees and specializes in the installation of high- and low-voltage systems, lighting technology, building automation, security and communication technology, the construction of switchgear and control systems, as well as technical services and system support. Fastabend is a leader in the Bielefeld region with long-standing regular customers from trade and industry.

With the companies Fastabend Elektro-Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and Fastabend Industrie-Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG, the total output of the HWP Group grows by EUR 18 million to around EUR 220 million. The new partnership strengthens the TGA | Dach & Solar division in North Rhine-Westphalia, especially in the fast-growing region around Bielefeld.

Kai Fastabend will remain with the company as managing director and co-partner. “We are delighted to have found a strong partner for our shared future in the HWP Handwerkspartner Group.
