The HWP Handwerkspartner Group<\/a> is strengthening its management team. Ken K\u00e4mpf<\/a> joined the management board on 1 January 2026 and is responsible for the TGA | Roofing & Solar<\/a> and Structural Maintenance<\/a> divisions.<\/p>\n

“HWP has grown significantly in recent years. With Ken K\u00e4mpf, we are gaining a managing director with extensive operational experience who will lead two key divisions of the group with clarity and a high level of technical and managerial expertise,” says Bj\u00f6rn H. Robens, Goldbeck Robens shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the HWP Group.<\/p>\n

Many years of operational experience and technical excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ken K\u00e4mpf is a certified engineer with more than 26 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Most recently, he was managing director of the Papenburg Group, a family-run medium-sized construction company. During his professional career, he has been responsible for complex construction and real estate development projects, managed large operational organisational units and played a key role in shaping growth and transformation processes. He stands for technical depth, business clarity and a partnership-based management culture.<\/p>\n

“HWP combines medium-sized values with a high level of technical expertise and a clear perspective focused on long-term growth. I am looking forward to taking on responsibility for two strong divisions and working with the companies and their teams to drive the further development of the group,” says Ken K\u00e4mpf, Managing Director of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group.<\/p>\n

As part of this reorganisation, Nick Zippel is handing over his responsibilities as Managing Director and Head of the TGA | Roofing & Solar division and will continue to support the HWP Handwerkspartner Group in an advisory capacity. The HWP Group would like to thank him for his contribution to the development of the TGA | Roofing & Solar division.<\/p>\n
